Yujing District is located at the southeast of Tainan City and is extremely accessible. Major links to outside districts include:
- Taiwan 20: Starts at Yunan road from Yujing, goes through Zuojhen, Sin-Hua, Yongkang, and ends at downtown Tainan. This expressway serves as the main transport route of Yujing District.
- Taiwan 3: Starts from Nansi, goes through Yujing, and ends at Nanhua. This expressway is a scenic route that links various tourist destinations.
- East-west Expressway (Taiwan 84): Starts at Yujing, goes through Danei, and ends at Beimen District. The section from Yujing to Provincial Highway 1 has been completed, allowing commuters to connect to the Madou Interchange or travel along Taiwan 1 to Xinying Interchange and connect to Chungshan Freeway.
- Southern north-south highway: From Yujing through Beiliao (of Nanhua District) and Hairui Township of Taitung County.
