1. Yujing Produce Market is a distribution center for produce grown by local farmers along the hill slopes.
2. Traffic: Yujing Produce Market is located at the transport hub of the hilly areas, and is connected to Taiwan 84 east-west expressway that leads to Freeway No. 3 at the west. To the south would be Taiwan 20 heading towards Sin-Hua and Tainan City. To the east would be Taiwan 20 heading towards Nanhua, Jiasian, and the Southern Cross-Island Highway. To the north will be Taiwan 3 connecting to Nansi and Dapu of Chiayi.
3. Various mango varieties in this district will ripen and become ready for harvest from every May to October. Given the 6-month long harvesting season, the produce market takes on the appearance of a mango carnival. The crowd that gathers gave rise to Yujing District's nickname of Home of Taiwanese Mangoes.
